"Ceremonies of Southwestern Indians" featured 35 impressionasitc style lithographs by Ira Moscowitz depicting ritual dances and ceremonies of Southwestern Indians in the Santa Fe region of New Mexico.

"Champions on Parade" featured 70 photographs of famous dog champions of the larger breeds taken by Arthur S. Mawhinney. Mawhinney, an Associate of the Oval Table and President of the Miniature Camera Club was known for his realistic portraits of dogs, and the prints represented breeds from every part of the world except India.

Rosenbaum" featured 19 original charcoal drawings by the artist B.H. Rosenbaum. Rosenbaum recorded many of the outstanding architectural features of Mexico's past as well as its modern centers and landscapes.

"Children of Africa" was a teaching exhibition of photographs and slides depicting the activities of African children and children of African descent living in the United States, South America and the Caribbean.

"Chromosphere of the Sun: Paintings by Howard Russel Butler" was an exhibition displaying a series of oil paintings by Howard Russel Butler illustrating the magnificent prominence of the chromosphere of the sun highlighting three solar eclipses as well as the lunar landscape and the Aurora Borealis. It was held in the Pro-Astronomic Hall at the American Museum of Natural History.

"Coelacanth Babies: Born, Not Hatched" featured one of the five embryos found by Museum scientists in the womb of a mature female coelacanth.

"Collector's Choice: Seashells of Nathan L. Halpern" was an exhibition presenting a total of 236 shells, including some of the world's most outstanding cowries.

"Colorful Scallops: Scampering Butterflies of the Sea" was an exhibition of shells collected by Jesse H. Webb consisting of approximately 300 species that were permanently given to the Museum by his son, William H. Webb.

"Coming Attraction--Comet Kohoutek" was an exhibition explaining in simple detail the presumed origins and travels of the Kohoutek Comet that had been newly discovered at that time.

"Cones and Cowrie Shells" featured over 100 specimens of cones and cowries, two of the most colorful types of shells. Highlights included two valuable and rare specimens found the Pacific.
