Scope and Contents 35 leaf models made of wax, crepe paper and aluminum, two vacuum-formed plastic mold sheets, and small plastic tubes used for stems. These are possibly leftovers from castings done for exhibits, most likely between the 1910s and 1970s. Wax leaves were made using squeeze molds. After placing a thin sheet of cotton and wire for the leaf stem over the top of the mold, molten wax was poured over the cotton and then the squeeze molds featuring the impression of the leaf were clamped...
