Photographic and press materials related to Department of Education's Natural Science Center program. Includes scrapbooks of press clippings, albums of black and white photographs of educational exhibits and lab workshops, mounted photographs, some negatives and Kodachrome slides.

Press releases for the following temporary exhibitions: "Black Wings: The American Black in Aviation" (1983)"The Planets" (1980), Sonja Eisenberg's "New Horizons" (1980)"Cosmic Art" (1979) and "Images of Earth from Space" (1979). Press information for the Hall of the Sun opening (1976) and astronomical events such as Halley's Comet and those affecting the moon and the planets.

Abstract Contains financial records and public relations materials, mostly from the late 1970s. Financial records include requisitions, receipts, and statements for payroll, utilities, supplies, as well as printing and photography services for the museum. Public relations materials include press releases, mounted press clippings about exhibitions and events, including three folders on an exhibition about the creation of a replica dinosaur skeleton titled "The Making of a Dinosaur."
