Binocular microscope made by Pearce Henry Crouch (1838-1916), an optical manufacturer in London, England, between 1870 and 1873. His shop focused on producing good quality and less expensive microscopes for middle class microscopists and students. Crouch’s binocular microscope, introduced in 1862, was one of the most popular.
