Profile of middle-aged man sitting in front of lab table containing a microscope and jars, his right hand is on top of one of the jars. Entomologist; he was a research associate in the Department of Entomology of the AMNH. In 1964, he donated the largest termite collection in the world to the AMNH. Brother of the artist. Frame: Red painted wood, gilt.
