This series consists of picture clippings and photographs related to the preparation of dioramas, particularly to aid the artists and painters in rendering the diorama backgrounds in the North American Hall of Mammals.

Note: the group numbers correspond to the original numbers assigned to the diorama projects by the exhibition department.
