Scope and Contents

Contains correspondence regarding creating and publishing a report on the collection of East African birds made by Childs Frick in 1911-1912 and donated by him to the U.S. National Museum.

The reports were written and published by Dr. Herbert Friedmann.

Also includes correspondence regarding transfer of some of the bird specimens to AMNH. Acknowledgement of sending of 374 specimens to AMNH in 1937.
