Correspondence between Simpson and Brown. Includes letters of introduction from AMNH to Dr. Luis Maria Torres and others, letter from Osborn to Julian Enciso, Charge d'Affaires of the Argentine Republic. Included is correspondence between Simpson and the Minister of Justice and Public Instruction regarding permission to explore and work paleontological deposits. Also includes correspondence regarding transporatation.
Includes list of materials and supplies, receipts and disbursements from the Scarritt Patagonian Expedition Fund.
Correspondence from 1931 includes a preliminary report from the expedition, letter from the United Press Associations requesting reports from Simpson. Also included are list of expenses and list of specimens shipped from Buenos Aires
