Includes references to law suit by an artist who created the trade mark for Sinclair Refining Company against Barnum Brown for claiming that he came up with the image.

Also includes correspondence regarding Brown's field work in Guatemala after his retirement from AMNH. As the result of Frick's financial support, some of the fossils excavated there were given to AMNH.
