Extensive correspondence between William Mussig, the museum's Purchasing Agent and various government and local entities in Texas regarding the car and the permissions nesessary from the Office of Defence Transportation to purchase tires and gasoline. Also included correspondence between Colbert and Alfred S. Romer of Harvard University, Louis Monaco. Included is statement of expenses and a notebook of Field Funds Account.
