Scope and Contents

Correspondence between Matthew and Osborn, Gregory, Brown. Includes letters from Etta H. Fink, the department secretary informing Matthew of events in the department, a letter informing Matthew that he was elected as a Correponding Member of the Peking Society of Natural History.

Includes Matthew's itenerary for the return portion of the trip that included a visit to India. Also includes letters from John McKenzie Young to Matthew.

Correspondence for 1927 includes Matthew's expense account of the Mongolia-Siwalik trip, letters from Radcliffe Beckwith and a letter from E. J. Nelson.
