In 1954 Colbert went to the same area in Colorado that Simpson and Whitaker have been working in since 1950. Colbert used the same personnel for his work until Simpson came to the field. Contains Statement of Proposed Expedition, letter from Colber to Simpson outlining prospective field work for 1955-1959, outline of the expedition in 1954, expenses.
