Bound reproduction of Lincoln Ellsworth’s log of the Transantarctic flight. The original was dated from November 23 to December 5, 1935, and it was given to Gilbert Grosvnor, President of the National Geographic Society on April 27, 1936. The reproduction was Bound by George A. Simonds and Co. in Washington D.C. around the 1950s.
