Artist

Johann Wäber also known as John Webber was an English painter and printmaker. Webber was a draughtsman on Captain James Cook's third voyage in 1776-1780. He published colored etchings of places visited on the voyage. The American Museum of Natural History has two drawings made by Webber. Art Survey No. 914, Art Survey No. 915
