abstract
Diorama. Located in Floor 2, Section 13, in the Akeley Hall of African Mammals at the American Museum of Natural History. On public display May 19, 1936. Carl Akeley, Louis Paul Jonas, and Robert Rockwell were the artists for the East African Elephant Group. It was later renovated by Albert E. Butler and James L. Clark.
