Exhibition. Opened November 1983 and closed December 31, 1983. Located in the Hayden Planetarium at the American Museum of Natural History. "Paintings of Space" featured six paintings of scenes from space on the Planetarium's "Art Wall" done by students of the Applied Arts class at East Flagstaff High School in Arizona.

Summary

"Paintings of Space" featured six paintings of scenes from space on the Planetarium's "Art Wall" done by students of the applied arts class in East Flagstaff High School in Arizona. Titles of the paintings included "Neptune from Triton" and "the Lunar Surface." The exhibition was on view in the Planetarium on the 1st floor of the American Museum of Natural History starting in November and continuing through December 31, 1983.
