Senff and planned by Henry Fairfield Osborn; its main purpose was to study Polypterus and its bearing upon the problem of the relation of crossopterygian fishes to the amphibians. The expedition members were N.R. Harrington (who compiled most of the scrapbook) and Reid Hunt.
