Abstract

Bulk of collection is primarily the brochures of Discovery Tours which were held by AMNH from 2003 through 2006 and the related artworks such as photographs and slides. Also includes tour promotional materials and lists for direct-mail solicitations. Collection contains administrative papers, press release, correspondence, invoices and agreements between AMNH and vendors related to the tour operations. Also contains financial papers related to the tours such as budget forecasts on museum fiscal years, accrual reports, and budget reports. Seven boxes contains slides, photographs, computer disks, and an album.
