Scope and Contents

This series consists of files gathered by Dr. Ted Chittenden, a Research and Assessment Advisor at the Science and Nature Program (SNP) from 2001 until 2012, and materials gathered by the Science and Nature Program staff and researchers that informed publications, reports, and year-end evaluations about the program. Dr. Chittenden’s was a Research and Assessment Advisor to the SNP where his research centered on how young children learn science and how that learning process provided a base for life-long science learning. It is organized into two parts: I) the files of Dr. Chittenden, Dr. Ellen Giusti, and Dr. Jacqueline Jones and II) assessment materials.
