In 1909, Alanson Skinner visited the Northern Ojibway and Eastern Cree of the region south of Hudson Bay and the Stockbridge, Oneida, Menominee and Winnebago of Wisconsin. (AMNH Annual Report for 1909, p. 39-40) Skinner visited the Seminole in Florida and the Menomini of Wisconsin during 1910.
