Department of Vertebrate Paleontology digital images of fossil collection
Scope and Contents
The Department of Vertebrate Paleontology began to image their fossil collection via a grant in 2000. Many of these images were leveraged to build an early version of the department's website. CDs featuring TIFFs from the American Musuem of Natural History's Division of Paleontology. Photos taken by Rick Edwards. Princeton Imaging DVD Image Collection. The images were mostly shot using a Mamiya RZ67 Pro with a Phase One scan back using multiple "hot" lights. Also includes miscellaneous image collection comprising CD, DVD, and Pocket CD. Includes CT imaging scans. There are 5 folders with related materials included.
