Biographical / Historical

Journey into Nature was a radio program produced by WNBC in cooperation with the American Museum of Natural History, featuring interviews with scientists and other AMNH staff. The show was hosted by Tex Antoine and aired on Sunday mornings. In addition to interviews, some episodes include talks recorded at the museum, advertisements for museum exhibitions, and descriptions of research centers. The tapes were selected by the New York City Board of Education for distribution to science classes throughout the five boroughs. The show was broadcast by WNBC and the Armed Forces Radio.
