Inscription: Frame plate "Theodore Roosevelt/1858-1919/Twenty-Sixth President of the United States/Painted at the White House, Oct. 1908/by P.A. DeLaszlo." Frame: Gold gilt, leaf motif, 63 x 49 inches.
