Series 3: Personnel Records, 1891-2011

 Series

Scope and Contents

This series contains personnel records including job applications, promotions and evaluations, personnel lists and reports, employee policies, vacation and sick time reports, retirements and resignations, employee union contracts, and records from the Employee Benefit's Association. It also includes biographical reports on staff, and their CVs and resumes.

Box 21 contains a typed, unsigned manuscript that provides a historical account of the museum's collectors, preparators, research staff, growth of the collection, and source of skeletons, possibly prepared by Rachel Nichols.

Boxes 24 and 25 contain short biographical sketches and photographs of staff as well as group photos of the Department of Vertebrate Paleontology, which were originally arranged in a loose-leaf notebook called the "Rogue's Gallery." The materials are now in folders and filed in their original order.
