Summary

"Forests…Our Renewable Resource" was an eleven-minute audio-visual slide show, which explored the important role of woodlands in the natural community. It pointed out the interdependence between people and their environment and indicated the steps being taken to avoid wanton destruction. Both educational and aesthetic, featuring the Adirondacks and other U.S. woodlands, the show imparted the magic and tranquility of a forest. The presentation, created by Rey Isip Corp. and produced by the Museum, was on view in the Arthur Ross Foundation Corner Gallery at the American Museum of Natural History during the month of September, 1975.
