Biographical / Historical
The Museum collaborated with CBS Television to make the Adventure Series. The live-broadcast television series aired for three years, from 1953 to 1956, and explored scientific and cultural topics. Broadcasts varied in format, including: interviews with AMNH staff members and other scientists, personalities, and celebrities; the presentation of AMNH exhibitions, halls, and artifacts; the execution of scientific experiments; film clips; and more.
