Exhibition. Opened March 1, 1969 and closed March 31, 1969. Located Grand Gallery at the American Museum of Natural History. "The Life of Barnacles" illustrated the life of barnacle in their natural habitat, clustered on the surface of two logs from a wharf piling.

Summary

"Exhibit of the Month: The Life of Barnacles" illustrated the life of barnacle in their natural habitat, clustered on the surface of two logs from a wharf piling. There were also two enlarged models of the common barnacle, popularly known as an acorn barnacle. The exhibition was on view in the 77th Street Foyer of the American Museum of Natural History during the month of March 1969 as the Exhibit of the Month.
