"Pup, Cub and Kitten" featured 50 black and white photographs taken by William Vandivert capturing the antics of young animals soon after birth. Among the animals photographed were mice, fox kits, woodchuck, and a bear cub. The exhibition was on view in the Corner Gallery of the American Museum of Natural History from November 1, 1957 through January 5, 1958.
