Summary

"Japanese Children" featured 50 photographs by Catherine Holst documenting the life of children in Japan. Holst was interested the children of Japan and the special position they occupy in Japanese society. The photographs on view included studies of boys and girls at work and play. The exhibition was on view in the Corner Gallery of the American Museum of Natural History from May 6 through May 30, 1954.
