Sources: The only reference I could find was in AMNH Bull. No. 9, 1897, pp. 115-119. I could find no mention in Ann Reports for 1894 and '5, in the listed expeditions, the names of staff, nor major donors. However, it interesting to note that in 1895 Bandelier had to move his expedition from Peru to Bolivia because of the insurrection in Peru. /GwN 3.27.14
